Terms of sale

The terms that apply when you book a seat on a Global Dentistry Exchange course.

Last updated 18 September 2026

These terms apply to every seat sold by Dental Remedy Sdn Bhd (SSM No. 1453444-D), trading as Global Dentistry Exchange, registered office 87, Jalan Maarof, Bangsar, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Who may book

Courses are sold to registered dental practitioners. By booking you confirm you are one.

Price and payment

  • The price shown on the course page at the moment you book is the price that applies to your seat. Price tiers change on the dates stated on that page.
  • Payment is in full at the time of booking. There is no deposit.
  • You may pay outright, or by a bank instalment plan on a participating credit card, or by a direct debit plan. Instalment terms are set by your bank, not by us.
  • Two people booking together save RM 200 each on the Full Masterclass, or RM 100 each on Lecture + Observation. The bundle does not stack with the first-ten price.
  • Payments are collected by Dental Remedy Sdn Bhd. That name may appear on your card or bank statement.

What a seat includes

The seat type you bought, for both full days, and everything the course page lists as included. A Lecture + Observation seat is a seat in the hall for both days; on Day 2 the demonstration is given from the stage with projection. It is not a bench.

Transfer, refund and changes

See the transfer and refund policy. It forms part of these terms.

The course itself

  • The venue is in Kuala Lumpur, is announced before booking closes, and the full address is sent with your confirmation.
  • Teaching is in English.
  • This edition does not carry Malaysian Dental Council CPD points.
  • A certificate of attendance is issued to every participant who attends.
  • We may make minor changes to the programme. A change of date or city triggers the refund right in the policy.

Recording and images

Photography and video are taken during the course for GDE’s own use. Tell us at registration if you do not wish to appear. Participants may not record the teaching.

Clinical responsibility

The course is education. Clinical decisions in your own practice remain yours.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
