Transfer

Your seat can be transferred free of charge to another registered dental practitioner, up to 14 days before the course starts. Each course page states the same rule next to the price. Email [email protected] with the new participant’s name and contact details. After that point a seat cannot be transferred, because the venue headcount and materials are fixed by then.

Medals and certificates. Medals are engraved with each participant’s name about one month before the course. If a seat is transferred after the medals are made, the new participant receives a printed and digital certificate in their own name, but we cannot guarantee a medal engraved with their name.

Refund on a change of mind

Seats are not refundable against a change of mind, at any point. This is why the transfer right above is free and generous.

Refund if we change the course

If the date changes, the city changes, or the course does not run, everything you paid is refunded in full. This applies however close to the course the change happens, and whatever the reason. You do not have to accept a credit or a place on a later course.

A change of venue within Kuala Lumpur is not a change of city and does not give a right to a refund. We email the new address to every participant.

How a refund is paid

To the same card or account you paid from, within 14 working days of the change being announced. If your bank converted the charge into an instalment plan, the refund goes to the card and your bank adjusts the plan.

If you do not attend

A seat that is neither used nor transferred by 14 days before the course is not refunded.
