Transfer & refund policy
When a seat can be transferred, when it is refunded, and what happens if the course changes.

Transfer
Your seat can be transferred free of charge to another registered dental practitioner, up to 13 May 2027. Email [email protected] with the new participant’s name and contact details. After 13 May 2027 a seat cannot be transferred, because the venue headcount and materials are fixed by then.
Refund on a change of mind
Seats are not refundable against a change of mind, at any point. This is why the transfer right above is free and generous.
Refund if we change the course
If the date changes, the city changes, or the course does not run, everything you paid is refunded in full. This applies however close to the course the change happens, and whatever the reason. You do not have to accept a credit or a place on a later edition.
How a refund is paid
To the same card or account you paid from, within 14 working days of the change being announced. If you paid by instalment, any instalments already taken are refunded and the remaining schedule is cancelled.
If you do not attend
A seat that is neither used nor transferred by 13 May 2027 is not refunded.
